A high percentage of faults can be resolved remotely saving time and the inconvenience of a site visit. For a “pay-as-you-go” service the charge is £20.00 plus VAT. This fee provides up to 30 minutes connection with our engineers. This can be paid via PAYPAL or invoiced to your company on receipt of a purchase order. If you have a maintenance contract with Global IT Solutions this service is included within your monthly fee.
